We are not responsible for any damage to customer property/vehicles.

PICKING UP MATERIAL:

• Always check your load and tarp as needed. There are no refunds once you leave our yard with your material.
• Fill Dirt is sold on an as–is basis. There are no warranties or guaranties regarding its condition, contents, makeup, cleanliness, or suitability for any purpose generally or specific project or intended use by customer. Customer accepts all liability as to its use.

DELIVERIES:

• Our driver will call you when they are leaving the Dirt Exchange yard.
  
• You do not have to be home when our driver arrives. You can explain to us where you'd like your materials delivered and place a cone or tarp down so our delivery driver knows exactly where to drop off.
  
• We cannot drive on lawns, but we can drop off material on them if our delivery truck wheels stay on pavement or a hard surface. We do not drive on cement.
  
• Please be aware of any overhead obstacles, such as power lines, tree limbs, and other overhanging obstructions that may prevent a dump truck from dumping. We need between 12-16 ft. height.
  
• Gates or alleyways must be 8-10 ft. wide minimum.
  
• Delivery times are not guaranteed.
• We do not drive over curbs or on new cement.
  
• All dumping locations are up to the discretion of the professional driver while keeping safety and liability in mind.
  
• CANCELLATIONS by less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the delivery fee.
• No refund or return on bulk products.
• We are not responsible for any damage to customer property/vehicles.
• If our good faith effort to deliver your materials happens in the promised time range and with attempted communication to you the customer, and upon our arrival on-site you cannot or will not take delivery because you are not ready, we are happy to reschedule. But you will be charged a second delivery fee.
