Delivery policy & guidelines

PLEASE NOTE QUANTITY LIMITS on each product page. When we deliver one product, that's generally the maximum we can deliver in one load.

IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONE MATERIAL: If you want them separate, we are limited to TWO materials in a single truckload. We are also limited in such "split" loads to FOUR yards total. So if you want 1 & 3 or 2 & 2 or some other combination, it must not be more than four yards in total. ON THE OTHER HAND, if you want materials mixed together, we can accommodate more per trip than the four yard limit, and it will depend on weight and is at our discretion.

ADDITIONAL DELIVERY FEES will be charged if necessary to fill your order. We will ask you first.

• Must have a hard flat surface for delivery.
• We cannot drive on lawns, but we can drop off material on them if our delivery truck wheels stay on pavement or a hard surface.
• We don't drive on new cement without a waiver.
• Gates or alleyways must be 9-10 ft wide minimum, but does not guarantee our truck can make it in.
• Please be aware of any overhead obstacles, such as power lines, tree limbs, and other overhanging obstructions that may prevent a dump truck from dumping.
• We don't drive over curbs
• All dumping locations are up to the discretion of the professional driver while keeping safety and liability in mind.
• CANCELLATIONS by less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the delivery fee.
• It is up to customers to supply the equipment and labor necessary to finish their driveways.
• We do everything possible to work within your schedule and deliver the materials you need when you need them.
• Advance notice during busy periods, especially the summertime, is very helpful and may be required. We appreciate your patience.
