Bassalt + Without Fines

Uses and Benefits

  • Clean crushed aggregate basalt stone without fines.
  • "Clean" meaning without fines. Clean rock will stay in place better than a round rock, but will not pack like crushed rock with fines.
  • Size varies from 3/4"-1 1/4".
  • Light grey aggregate that has been crushed, reduced in size and screened through a 1/4” screen.
  • The "go to” stone for use in many construction projects.
  • The thinner this material is spread, the less it will roll around underfoot.

  • Very finest gravel we offer.
  • Fines are a binder material and help with compaction and tight packing.

  • Since it is small in size, it finishes off fairly smooth when leveled and compacted.
